A warm welcome awaits you at the Linden Tree. We are located in the village of Carlton Miniott, just 1.5 miles from the small market town of Thirsk. We have four individual self contained apartments. We also have an additional two en-suite rooms to offer.

The South Wing Flat is an art lovers dream - the stylish two-bedroom flat can sleep up to 4 guests. The self-contained, self-catered flat is in Thirsk Hall, a Grade II* listed Carr of York Georgian House that has been in the same family for nearly 300 years. There is a large sitting room that overlooks Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden. The well-equipped kitchen has a large dining table; there are two bedrooms (king and superking/twin) and a family bathroom. During your stay you have full access to the gardens and there's a dedicated seating area for guests to enjoy the outdoor space in private.

Set over one floor, and beautifully converted, this lovely Sowerby cottage seamlessly combines original features with modern comforts to provide extremely welcoming accommodation.
