Thirsk Christmas Walking Tour. Meet by the information centre, Thirsk Market Place YO7 1EY. This festive journey through Thirsk’s history explores Christmas in poorhouses, alleys, and markets, crimes of the 16th century, and why carol singers were expelled from churches. 11am, finish about 12.30pm.
